Changes to Arrangements: Any changes to the agreed arrangements may alter the final cost. We will inform you promptly of any such changes and their financial implications.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 100% of the disbursements and 50% of our professional fees will be required upon confirmation of arrangements.

Crematorium or cemetery fees.
Minister's, celebrant's, or officiant's fees.
Church fees.
Organist or musician fees.
Newspaper notices.
Floral tributes from external florists.
Catering services from external providers.
Please note: While we strive for accuracy in estimating disbursements, these costs may be subject to change by the third-party providers. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as we are made aware.

You have the right to cancel our services within 7 days of signing our agreement without giving any reason unless a loved ones send off is before then.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
If you request us to begin the provision of services during the cancellation period, you will be liable to pay us a reasonable amount for the services performed up to the point you communicate your cancellation.
